Established and owned by Pete and Twila Noonan. Pete became a journeyman plumber in 1986 and in January of 1988 a master plumber. In 1994 he began working on his own as C&C Plumbing and Home Repair and in 1998 incorporated as C&C Slab Leaks and Plumbing, LLC with Pete and other family members still operating today. A family owned and operated company that believes our customers should be treated like family as well. All technicians are licensed and registered with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners and most technicians have been with us for multiple years resulting in a very low turnover of employees.
