One King suite, one Queen rm, private baths, Common Rm, private entrance, patio, steps to lake, dock, extensive gardens and lawn. Full cooked breakfast served family style AND buffet continental breakfast, free WiFi, beverages and snacks. Ideal location to relax or quietly work, bike, hike, kayak/canoe, explore area attractions and state parks, fish, swim. Many excellent restaurants. Centrally located between Burlington and Middlebury just off the Lake Champlain Bikeway. We have only two rooms which is ideal for 2 couples traveling together or for a family - you have the whole floor to your yourself. Complimentary WiFi, beverages and snacks. Spanish and French spoken.
