General Info:

I graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1998 with a double major in Sociology and Criminology. In 2008, I received my MasterÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s Degree in Social Work. After years in the mental health field, I decided to follow my heart and combine my two passions of fitness and mental health. I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2011 and absolutely LOVE my job. I believe this is my true calling. I get to watch as peopleÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s lives are transformed everyday, and I feel privileged to be apart of the process. I believe true growth comes from a total mind and body transformation, and that is my goal with my clients.
