Bongo Java East and Game Point Cafe share a space in the Five Points neighborhood of East Nashville. The addition of the board game cafe in late 2017 is the latest evolution of this space, but in 2000, Bongo East helped kick-off the revitalization of the area by moving a coffee roasting operation into the neighborhood. The small cafe that was added was almost an afterthought. As the neighborhood grew, the wholesale coffee roasting company moved out to make more room for tables and chairs. Now the cafe boasts a full breakfast and lunch menu, pastries from Village Bakery & Provisions, a coffee bar featuring Bongo Java’s 100% Organic coffees, and a selection of board games available for purchase from Game Point Cafe. Online ordering for drinks, food, and board games available at bongojava.com/order or the Toast Takeout App. Currently operating as take-out only and offering curbside pick-up, but there is outdoor seating with multiple tables & picnic tables in the lot next door to us..
