Body tech Total Fitness is a family-owned-and-operated fitness facility located in Mokena, IL. Within our 21,000 sq. ft. facility, we have over 150 pieces of state-of-the-art strength and cardiovascular equipment. We offer all the services and amenities of the major chains while still maintaining our local family-owned personal touch. We offer classes such as: • Spinning • Yoga • Pilates • Kickboxing • Zumba • Power Pump • Step Aerobics (to name a few) We have 40 group classes per week, and we offer personal training, physical therapy, and body composition analysis.
