Laura is considered a pioneer in Missoula, Montana because she brought personal training to her town in 1989. She loves to bring new and innovative wellness plans to the people of her community. In 2001 Bender added mind/body techniques to her practice and became Montana's first Holistic Personal Trainer. After studying extensively with Dr. Deepak Chopra, Laura created Montana's first yoga/meditation class for youth inmates at the Missoula Youth Detention Center.
