Current owners have over 30 years of combined experience in the restaurant industry, including working in Florence, Italy and previous ownership of restaurants in Sunriver and Bandon, Oregon. Chef Jeremy Buck has a passion for well prepared country-style comfort food. His culinary influences include Southern France, Italy, Spain and the Southwestern U.S. Birdies Cafe has given Chef Buck a new outlet to serve Bend his farm-fresh cuisine.
