We have helped clients with criminal and traffic matters, domestic situations, and personal injury cases in Kansas and Missouri. We have two offices. The Olathe office is located at 110 N. Cherry, Suite 200. The Lawrence Office is located at 1012 N. Massachusetts Suite 214. We are licensed in Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Billam is licensed in the State of Kansas and the State of Missouri. He has represented clients in criminal cases in Federal, State, Municipal and Juvenile courts, including two notable Capital Murder cases, State of Kansas v. John E. Robinson and State of Kansas v. Darrell Stallings. Mr. Billam continues to represent clients in domestic matters and personal injury cases in Kansas and Missouri and on all types of criminal matters including felonies, misdemeanors, traffic infractions, and juvenile proceedings. Mr. Billam graduated from Emporia State University and the University of Kansas School of Law. Mr. Billam is licensed to practice in all Kansas State Courts, all Missouri State Courts, and the United States District Court of Western Missouri and Kansas. Mr. Henderson graduated from Kansas State University and the University of Kansas School of Law. Mr. Henderson served as an Assistant District Defender for Johnson County, Kansas from 2004-2005. Mr. Henderson has completed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration training for standardized field sobriety tests in alcohol related traffic stops and he is currently on the Board of Directors for the Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
