I use hypnosis to allay anxiety in public speaking, job interviewing, test taking and other areas to increase your confidence and enhance your performance. Hypnosis is used as a mind-body approach for medical conditions such as, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and to relieve anxiety prior to surgery.
