Behavioral Health Works (BHW) helps children reach their potential by working collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals. By focusing on how children respond to their environment (behavior), we provide opportunities for them to learn in specific and observable ways, leading to a positive outcome (health). Dr. Rob Douk (founder/ clinical director) is a licensed educational psychologist and a board certified behavior analyst who specializes in the identification and treatment of childhood disorders and individuals with developmental disabilities. Who we treat: We treat individuals with age ranges from infant to young adults. Our clients range from people who seek academic coaching to achieve a greater level of success to people requiring more intensive therapy due to their Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and other disorders that adversely impact learning. Counseling is available to address concerns such as but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Trauma, and Anger Management. What we do: BHW offers a comprehensive treatment program which includes diagnosing the problem, treating the individual, and teaching parent(s) strategies to maintain acquired skills. Where services are delivered: BHW travels to the client?s residence to limit traveling frustrations for the child, to observe the child in their natural environment, and to help parent(s) manipulate the child?s natural home environment for optimal program success.
