About BBI BBI Technologies, Inc. has been in the office equipment business for over 35 years. We have installed & currently service over 1,000 fax machines, over 1,500 printers, hundreds of dictation systems & numerous digital copiers with-in Yale University. We have been the sole dictation supplier for the State of Connecticut's Judicial Branch since 1992. We have installed and service installations in over 250 courtrooms; both with Sony analog recording systems and FTR PC based digital recording. We have also held the contract for the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services since 1984 for Sony, Philips & Sanyo desktop & portable dictation equipment. In June of 2004 we were awarded a 3-year contract for Brother printers. Below is a list of the product areas we cover and the manufactures we represent. We are an authorized sales & service facility for ALL the manufactures listed below and offer same day/next day on-site service with FREE loaners if require d. Yearly maintenance agreements are also available. When your new equipment warranty expires we offer yearly maintenance agreements or we will service you on an as needed basis.
