Learning martial arts is fun and provides lifelong benefits! Founded in 1987 in Kingwood, TX - we've had the privilege of serving the community through martial arts and life skill training. It is our mission to "Train Champions... in All Areas of Life"! Whether our students are 4 or 74, we believe in developing martial artists who can demonstrate discipline, respect and integrity in their lives. Yes, we believe in competition. However, the competition of life is greater than any individual reward one can earn. Over the years we've seen shy toddlers grow up to be community leaders, uncoordinated and overweight adults turn into champions, aspiring competitors turn into world champions - - and everything in between. We've seen our program grow in a continuing effort to meet and exceed the hopes and expectations of our students (and we still have many more years to come). By making it a priority to be positive mentors, we help enrich the character of our students. We feel very blessed to have been connected with so many families over the years. We cherish all of our extended martial arts family members and hope that we have made as much of an impact in their lives as they have in ours.
