My name is Randy Barnhart and I have been in the Home Inspection Business since 1999 with over 4,500 inspections. I am ASHI certified and also perform radon testing. I work out of my home to keep costs down and I pass on that savings to you. I realize buying a home is a big investment and I can help you by looking for problems before you buy. I check the structure, exterior, roofing, plumbing,electircal,heating, air conditioning, interiors, insulation, ventilation, fireplaces and more. I want to be sure you have all the best information before you make such a big commitment. I will e-mail you a computer generated report, usually the same day, with photos attached so you can actually see the problem I am referring to. I am a small local business and work hard to keep my prices competitive, and my service to you exceptional. Weekend and evening hours are available.
