Bad Brad's Bar-B-Q of Stillwater opened in a concession trailer in 1994. After buying a little land east of town on Highway 51, they built their current location where they continue to slow smoke for all their loyal customers. Bad Brad's does all their smoking with all natural wood on custom built smokers. No artificial fuel is used, only wood, which gives Bad Brad's their special brand of bar-b-q. With the traditional "low & slow" brand of cooking, they have been a state favorite since they came onto the scene. Serving up traditional pork spare ribs, slow smoked pulled pork and beef brisket. They also carry polish sausage, ham, smoked bologna, pork tenderloin, hot links, chicken and Kansas City style burnt ends.
