Yoga is for everyone and we'd like to help you start your practice. We offer a variety of class styles, both Traditional and Non Traditional (heated & non) Baptiste Yoga, Authentic Hot Series, Beginners, Gentle Flow, Yin, Yoga for Athletes, Warrior Sculpt, Total Body Conditioning. Something for everyone, Kids Yoga too. Talls N Smalls a class to bring your little one to practice. Walk ins always welcome. Come as you are, really! Be okay from starting where you are at. We are excited that you decided to show up. Always feel free to ask questions. The best way to contact us is email, or just come to class. Classes start at the listed times. Studio is open approx. 30 minutes before class. Interested in private group events or classes or individual training or yoga sessions, please email info@authenticyogastudio.com. We also offer private team/sports/groups personal training packages through yoga sessions or personal training as well.
