Aussie Pet Mobile Stamford offers a convenient, affordable, reliable and efficient mobile pet grooming service to pet owners to maintain and achieve their pets’ best well being. Our Service area includes Norwalk, Cos Cob, Darien, Greenwich, Old Greenwich, New Canaan, Riverside, Wilton, and Stamford. We use environmentally friendly products and bring a highly organized professional approach to mobile grooming. Our “15 Step” Luxurious Groom for all breeds of Dogs and Cats includes cleaning the ears and the eyes and clipping the nails. We do three full brush outs before, during and after the bath. We do a complete bath with shampoo and conditioning followed by a double rinse. We gently towel dry the face and dry the body by hand…NO CAGES EVER!. We include a sanitary area trim and we trim the bottom of the paw pads plus a little light trimming on the skirt and feathers. We finish up with a full brush and fluff out, a little fragrance and a treat and then bring them right back to your front door. ABOUT THE OWNER: Alexis Heydt, Owner Animals have always been a part of my life and I have shared my life with many cats, dogs, pocket pets and birds. I have been actively involved with local animal rescue for more than 15 years starting as a volunteer walking dogs and socializing cats. My passion and commitment to providing the best care possible for shelter animals led me to become the President of the Board of Directors for the PAWS Animal Shelter. I decided to leave the corporate world and look for a business that would allow me to do something that is close to my heart and I am now the owner of Aussie Pet Mobile Stamford! Pets are part of our families and I look forward to becoming a part of your pet’s care and strive to make your pet’s grooming experience a positive one! My furry feline family includes: Marshall – a big ball of love who never met a meal he didn’t like and his brother Charlie who is the quiet, sensitive one of the family. Then there are “the girls” – English Muffin who is 7 lbs of non-stop mischief and her friend Maize who has an unnatural love of destroying cardboard boxes.
