Established in 1962, AtWork! is a nonprofit community rehabilitation program that provides job development and work training for adults with disabilities throughout the Puget Sound region of Washington. Its work center provides services to businesses in packaging, kitting, assembly, subassembly, shrink wrapping and bulk mailing. AtWork! also provides landscaping and recycling crew services. It accepts a variety of items for recycling, including corrugated cardboard mixed paper, newspaper, white office paper, plastics, glass, magazines, phone books, aluminum cans, old cell phones and used computer ink cartridges. The organization receives funding from the King County Department of Developmental Disabilities and the United Way. AtWork! is located in Issaquah, Wash.
