Steve also litigates business and contract disputes and assists clients in forming businesses and creating, drafting and managing sophisticated business and corporate and real estate transactions. Steve received his B.S. degree in Accounting from Ball State University in 1985 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 1988.
