To provide exceptional, accessible, visual storytelling services in an effort to preserve oral and family histories. As a documentary filmmaker I have done my share of interviews and I love it. Stories are what make us, they are what happen in kitchens, living rooms, backyards, and a myriad of other places. They get us through the tough times and they keep us laughing through the good ones. Our personal stories are the very fabric of who we are and preserving those are priceless gifts. Talking with people and putting them at ease is essential to a great documentary. Helping to preserve and record stories to pass on to future generations is a gift for me. I hope you'll let me talk with you and hear your stories. How it works... We will come to your home with lights, camera, and microphones. We will choose the best place to set up the camera and the lights together. Depending on what you've selected as your purpose for the project we will talk for a bit about whatever is pertinent to your project. It takes us about a half hour to set up, about an hour and a half for the interview, and about a half an hour to put our equipment back in their respective cases. Then we take the footage and edit it for you. Take out the long pauses, and add any photos and movie clips you've provided to us. Then in a week or so you'll get a link to an approval copy of your project on Vimeo.
