Arrowhead Regional Development Commission is a county agency that provides a variety of services to local units of government and community-based groups in the Arrowhead region and has an office in Duluth, Minn. It coordinates funding for programs that serve seniors and caregivers. ARDC houses the Byways Resource Center, a nationwide program that advances the management of scenic and historic byways. It supports the Capital Improvement Planning Department that provides a tool for the community to identify and prioritize infrastructure, funding needs and opportunities.
