The Department of Recreation and Parks, based in Los Angeles, is one of the departments operated by the Los Angeles City Council. It maintains parks and recreation facilities providing the public a variety of recreational opportunities. Its various properties include aquatic, recreation, child care, senior, therapeutic, multipurpose centers and other centers located in those areas of the sites listed.
