General Info:

AP Motion holds non-competitive, technique based dance classes in 3 locations in NJ. Joanna Dodd, director, believes that dance can be fun and inspiring while instilling core concepts of body awareness, alignment, respect, positive self image and discipline. Students who train at AP Motion will gain strength, endurance, flexibility and creativity. In addition to an understanding of dance vocabulary and technique, students learn the concepts of dance improvisation and choreography and are encouraged to find their own movement voice. Students will also have the opportunity to perform in an annual presentation at the end of the session in June, where they will showcase their accomplishments.
