Ann moved to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Ambassador Real Estate (BHHSAMB) in the fall of 2018. Ann’s civic background gave her a firm foundation in sales, navigating logistical challenges and establishing business relationships with high-net-worth clients, military PCS and corporate relocated families. Her local and national relationships help both her buyers and sellers coming into and out of Omaha. As a longtime residence of Omaha, a relocated family and landlord, Ann has gained a broad and unsurpassed market knowledge contributing to her stellar career representing residential single family and estate homes, multi-unit buildings and acreages.
