Anchor Pest Management is an owner-operated Pest Control Business that services residential and commercial structures in the Tri-County area. All of our services are performed using an integrated pest management approach. This means that we use effective and environmentally sensitive approaches to control pests with a combination of common-sense practices. Anchor does not spare expenses when it comes to chemical usage and purchasing so that customers may enjoy the ultimate pest-free living environment. With the products that we apply on the exterior of structures eliminates the need for routine applications on the interior of structures. This offers customers the convenience of not having to schedule their days around us and keeping chemicals to a minimum around loved ones. Management Anchor Pest Management is owned and operated by Karl H. Kuester, Jr. Although he is a Charleston Native, he spent half his life learning, living and growing up in Germany, where his parents are from. “Growing up in different cultures really gave me the tools to be more open-minded and the ability to understand and interact with people of different cultures or values. I started this business, because I am eager to deliver excellent customer service as well as getting to know my community a little bit better and for the community to get to know me. To me a service is a little more than just a business transaction.” With degrees in Small Business and Entrepreneurship and Business Management, Karl understands the importance of being fair, organized, ethical and professional, so you can rest assured that your needs and expectations will be met. “It is my Goal to deliver quality service, create new jobs, develop long-lasting customer relationships, be a leader both in the community and within the industry, make a profit and ultimately to give back to my community. Karl and his wife Melissa have been married for almost two years and recently welcomed their baby girl Ella. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, going to the Gym and many other recreational activities. “I am a very outgoing person so I love to meet new people and get to know them.
