Gear design and cutting capabilities range from high volume components and assemblies to one-piece prototypes in a wide range of materials. Our three facilities can produce products from start to finish using advanced and efficient design, tooling and manufacturing techniques. North American Gear and Forge design capabilities include net-forged bevel gears, cut gears, differentials, transmissions and drive systems. Gear cutting specialties include spur, bevel, helical, worm and worm wheel, splined shafts, internal I.D. O.D. broaching of various sizes. We have a large inventory of hobs, cutters and broach bars.
