By incorporating Mindfulness and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, I work with clients to help strengthen their sense of self in order to persevere and achieve their therapeutic goals. I received my BS in Psychology from Muhlenberg College, and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Villanova University. I have specialized in counseling individuals who have been incarcerated and those who have addiction and mental health concerns as well as individuals who are working through the grief process.
