Alliance Of Gallup is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) serving Gallup, NM area businesses. We are a job-based program designed to address work-related or personal employee problems. The goal of an EAP program is to help employees identify the nature of the problem and locate appropriate resources that can effectively assist with the problem resolution in a professional and confidential manner. Personal problems such as, but not limited to, marital, family, emotional conflict, alcohol and drug misuse, legal, or financial difficulties, may be resolved through the use of an EAP. Our services include: • Alcohol screening and drug testing • Assessments • Evaluations • Family and child counseling • Individual and marriage counseling • Outpatient treatment • Referrals • Support Groups Alliance of Gallup is the EAP Provider for the Gallup-McKinley County School District, serving as a prepaid benefit available to the employees of the school district, as well as spouses and immediate family members. The staff at Alliance of Gallup has six counselors available, consisting of three male and three female counselors. Two of the counselors are Navajo should language or culture be a concern. All counseling sessions and records are handled in a confidential manner. This information will not be shared with employers or supervisors.
