Alexander Accounting Payroll & Tax, LLC offers a variety of services including accounting/bookkeeping, A/P, payroll, tax preparation, HR, business formation, chart of account and software setup, Quickbooks support, individual bill pay/financial statements/budgets, and other accounting firm services. Clients are served primarily in the Metairie/ Baton Rouge/Houma/Thibodaux, LA areas, but services are offered all along the gulf south region. We are experienced in a variety of industries including construction, property management, non-profit, small local government, professional services, restaraunts, bars and a variety of other industries. Our primary areas of growth are in the areas of payroll, bookkeeping/accounting, and QuickBooks support. We strive to stay on the cutting edge of technology. Because of this, we are able to serve clients across the U.S. due to a unique blend of powerful software choices. Many of our clients for QuickBooks support actually don't have us perform site visits. We are able to remotely login and correct errors or demonstrate tasks. We also strive to maintain costs as low as reasonably possible. The technological choices discussed above are just the start of our cost saving measures. We additionally work out of home offices so we don't have to pass the high costs of leased or owned building space to you the client. Non-profits and small governemental boards such as recreation and fire districts who seek full Controller services without the expense of a full time employee especially benefit from our services. We can customize a plan that works for you. Because we have clients scattered from southern Louisiana to Alabama, we are not the typical accounting service. We often travel to even the smallest of clients and take pride in knowing the staff.
