After receiving my undergraduate degree I spent years working in retail. Due to the amount of stress this gave me, I finally decided to start over by learning massage therapy. I graduated with a degree in Massage Therapy from the Swedish Institute in Manhattan in 2006 and received my NY license shortly thereafter. For almost two years I had my practice at a wellness center in upstate NY where I found great fulfillment working with people who had never had any type of bodywork before. After a couple of moves, I have finally settled here in New Hampshire and am thrilled to once again be practicing bodywork! I make sure you receive plenty of time before and after each session so that you may have every question answered, and truly be in control of your session and your wellness. I am in a professional office building and share a suite with several other Massage Therapists. This means that if my work isn't right for you, I am able to refer you to a therapist with different techniques very easily!
