We ship via truck to just about ANY location AT a very reasonable cost. With a large bulk order shipping CAN BE free for regional deliveries around southern california. We CAN sell internationally. Payment will BE by Cash or LOC. We prefer money order AS a form of payment DUE to credit card fees being SO high for large bulk purchases. However. We will accept C/C payment with the cost.
