Our service technicians have the ability to service and repair natural gas, propane, oil, electric, heat pump systems and hot water heaters. Once we have completed the diagnosis, the technician will quote a flat rate for the needed repairs. Our flat rate charge is based on a regional average that takes into account how long the repair should take and what is a fair charge for the services rendered. We have found that our customers are much more comfortable with this than with an open-ended time and materials method used by many of our competitors. Preventive Maintenance AgreementOwning a Preventive Maintenance Agreement means you are our most important customer. When you call for service you are automatically placed at the front of the line. You don't have to wait for service, you've got the Priority Advantage! Not only does your heating and air conditioning problem get fixed first, you get a better deal too! Your Priority Advantage entitles you to a special discount on repairs, 10% lower than anyone else gets. Included in your Preventive Maintenance Agreement are seasonal prescision tune-ups. Each air conditioning and heating season we'll come out and thoroughly inspect, clean and refresh your equipment. We'll even wash and wax your unit each year! These tune-ups mean fewer breakdowns, lower utility bills and longer equipment life.
