Advanced Construction Group was established by Frank Marino, President, in 1983. Before starting his own successful company, Mr. Marino grew up working in a family-owned general contracting firm established by his grandfather in 1946. As general contractors, they completed new elementary schools in Suffolk County (Mount Sinai, Fort Salonga, Ridge, Middle Island, Yaphank, Coram, etc.), buildings for Nassau County, the Town of Hempstead, Queens College, the Kings Point Merchant Marine Academy Library, Web Institute Library and other privately- and commercially-owned businesses. During the past twenty-five years, Advanced Construction Group has performed as General Contractors, Construction Managers, Owner Representatives, and Operations and Facilities Consultants for a wide range of clients. Our business was built solely on our reputation-without promotions or having to advertise. We specialize in working with owners, their attorneys, architects, and engineers in the development of contracts, specifications, plans and the complete management of construction projects. We have also worked as Construction Consultants for architectural firms in the development of large design/build projects and property owners on large maintenance projects.
