The damage reports (estimates) that you receive from us will give a detailed itemization on all aspects of the damage which will help the owner, insurance company, and shop understand what is going to be entailed to make a good and dependable repair. As Bend and Central Oregon's oldest full service auto body, collision, paint and repair shop, we place your needs as a customer above those of the insurance company. We will provide you with quality repairs at a fair and competitive price and will work closely with you to insure your complete satisfaction Our workmanship is guaranteed for one year or 12,000 miles, which ever comes first as listed on estimate and /or repair order. All parts, paint and supplies are guaranteed by their manufacturers. Their warranties are available from them upon request.
