Adelina's is a plant focused italian food restaurant & natural wine bar. Our rustic decor is a mix of rustic Rome and Brooklyn. Adelina's makes plant based & vegetarian food focused on Pinsa Romana-- a roman style of gluten -light and easy to digest pizza. With a minimum 48 fermatation, the dough has amazing complex flavors. All of our wines are natural wines and vegan friendly. We have 10 wines on tap as well as bottled natural wines from reds and rose to orange and whites and sparkling pet-nats.
