However today, the new Ada’s is a creation stemmed from a lifelong dream of Owner/Executive Chef Ayhan Barlas. With a completely revised menu of American classics prepared with European flair alongside Chef Ayhan’s native Turkish favorites, your senses are sure to thank you. We are firm believers that “the freshest ingredients create the best dishes”, and that “things that grow together, go together”. So, in keeping with that mantra, we pride ourselves on using as many local purveyors as possible to best keep our dishes in line with the true spirit of the finest cuisine the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
