Accelerated Fitness is a personal training company that operates primarily out of UXL in Brunswick Ohio. We also have a home studio in Parma Ohio. We offer personal training, contest prep, and online personal training. All programs include customized weight training, nutrition, and cardio. Work outs are specific and progressive to ensure continual results tailored to the individual and their goals. For nutrition our first step in any program is to estimate the clients BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and activity level to determine how many calories each client needs daily to maintain their current weight. From there we create a caloric deficit through diet and exercise for weight loss or a caloric surplus to build lean muscle mass. We believe that a more balanced approach to nutrition is optimal for a success. Adjustments are made as needed to prevent plateaus.
