The company teamed with P/A Associates in 2004 to launch the New York City portion of the urban/in-fill platform. The company currently owns and operates properties totaling 10 million square feet located primarily in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwestern regions of the United States. Acadia Realty Trust is headquartered in White Plains, N.Y. It trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol AKR.
