Able Environmental Safety and Health LLC Able Environmental Safety and Health LLC provide comprehensive safety and health training, workplace audits, industrial hygiene service, and representation of government issued citations. Services provided: Training in all safety and health topics as required by 1910 and 1926 standards. Training can be done at your site. Air-contaminant and noise exposure personal and area monitoring. I conduct the monitoring and an accredited lab will provide the analysis. Walk-through audits of your facilities. Audits are for the benefit of the employer and findings are not discussed outside of the organization. Audits can include periodic inspections of construction sites. Written program development. Many programs are required by various regulations and many are site-specific. Programs include, but are not limited to: respiratory protection, hazard communication, personal protective equipment, confined spaces, blood borne pathogen exposure control, chemical hygiene, fall protection, scaffolding, excavation and trenches, and many more Assistance in negotiating with VOSH/OSHA in the event of citations with penalties. During and informal conference with VOSH/OSHA, penalties can often be vacated or reduced based on good faith efforts, interpretations of standards and applicability, or if that fails, contesting the citations. Services can be one-time events, or perhaps more economical, a yearly package service including all of the above plus the lab costs. Not only is the annual service much less inexpensive than hiring a full-time safety and health professional, you may find it helps lower your workers compensation insurance rates.
