Soheila Biria assumed ownership of A Gentle Touch in 2001 after five years of being part of a successful electrology practice in Rockville, MD, which was established in 1981. Soheila is an experienced electrologist, and is licensed by the Maryland Board of Nursing with specialized training in micro-pigmentation and a trained Makeup Artist.
