SERVICES Crane Construction, Inc offers extensive knowledge and expertise within several areas of Construction Industry. Not only do we take on the full responsibility of a General Contractor, but we also provide Construction Management and Design/Build Services. This service is utilized when the owner/client wants a General Contractor to take on all aspects of construction, relieving the owner from as much liability as possible in the execution of the project. Crane Construction, Inc accepts all obligations for the coordination of the project, incorporating a team concept in order to acheive quality construction projects in a timely, cost-efficient manner. The Construction Manager is used when the owner/client prefers to take on much of the responsibility of the General Contractor. Crane Construction, Inc provides supervision of the administrative and construction portions of the project including obtaining bids from subcontractors, coordinating with architects and engineers, supervising the subcontractors' performance, overseeing pay requests and providing weekly status reports for the owner. The Design/Build Service allows the client the ability to plan, value engineer and execute a project around their needs and budget. By creating a team atmosphere between the Owner, Architect and Crane Construction, Inc both time and money are saved from the initial concept to the completion of the finished project.
