410 Web Design was created to provide small business and nonprofits with economical website design, hosting, support, and equipment. Many web design companies simply don’t want to work with these customers as they generally have a smaller budget. Starting a small business or nonprofit is very resource intensive. We want to fill the technology gap at an affordable price. We are also a small home-based business. I (Tracy) started the business in 2017 after trying to start my own ecommerce website. I found that many solution providers simply have their costs too high for someone to break into the market without a lot of capital. As a Christian, I take what the Bible says and try to follow it. One of the verses that really spoke to me is 1 Peter 4:10 – “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms”. I’ve taken this verse as my mission. I’ve been an IT professional for over 10 years. I wanted to take my technical and business skills, and help others. This verse is also the reason we offer nonprofit discounts to 501c3 organization. If you ever have any questions, concerns, recommendations, or just want to say hello, please contact us. We don’t just want your business. We want to partner with you. When you are successful, it helps us, it helps our community, and help others. 410 Solutions is also committed to giving back. Above the 10% that goes to our church, we give an additional 15% of all profits back to nonprofit organizations. We appreciate you taking the time to let us tell our story.
