The treatments at 3 Elements seek to bring internal harmony and relief to each of our clients, regardless of their physical condition, through manipulating the physical body and the invisible world of energy within each person. For seven years, we have served the Queens community with healing attention and often have been able to provide relief where all else has failed. Releasing stagnated blood, fluids and energy and directing it where it belongs is the key to healing, and very often this will provide immediate mental and emotional relief as well. Whether it's chronic pain, a recent injury or an overall feeling of tension and imbalance, we're ready to cater to your individual condition, and help you gain better use of your body and achieve a greater sense of peace and well-being.
