About Sacco Sacco Dining Services, Inc is a contract food management company providing managed services to K-12 schools, private boarding schools, colleges and universities, senior dining communities, hospitals, and summer camps. In addition, we provide vending and value added services such as layout design and operational consulting on a longor short-term basis. Since its founding in 2001 by president and CEO Julius Sacco, Sacco Dining has focused on serving fresh foods that have been expertly prepared by a very skilled culinary team. Many of our chefs have extensive experience in international, vegetarian, vegan and good old-fashioned American fare. Sacco Dining employs staff dietitians who review and recommend the best way to preserve nutritional values while achieving our clients' financial goals. Sacco Dining serves over one million meals per year and employs and supervises over 400 employees. Supporting each Sacco Dining field site is a regional staff of dietitians and chefs, as well as accounting, human resource, creative design and purchasing specialists. Our regional vice president and district managers are consistently in the field lending constant support and managing client relationships.
