R&S Limited is a custom home building contractor that has over 25 years of Alaska building experience on the Kenai Peninsula with approximately 500 home completions to its credit. Specializing, in the design and building construction of high quality energy efficient homes. R&S ltd. Was founded in1986 by Jim Stroer a General Contractor that performed medium to large scale commercial construction developments in Northern California. Jim's love for the OUTDOORS and Alaska's great hunting, fishing and mining opportunityâ€™s convinced Jim to move after his first visit to Kenai. The next year Jim and his family were living the Alaska dream. He built his own home in Sterling in 1985, people immediately noticed Jim's talent for construction excellence and begin asking him to build their home and so R&S Ltd. was formed.
