Your wedding day is such an amazing frenzy of activity that you may hardly remember parts of it.  Rest assured, I'll be there to capture every wonderful detail - every tear, every kiss, and every smile - resulting in the photos you've always dreamed of.   My fresh approach to wedding photography ensures images that are as powerful as your bond with one another.  Using photojournalism infused with modern portraiture, my style combines the best of both worlds.  In a documentary manner I catch candid moments as they occur, and yet I guide you when guidance or direction is needed.  The result: strong, vibrant, emotional images that allow you to relive this day over and over again.   One of my recent brides told me that I had captured not only the moments she'd expected, "but also amazing ones that I didn't even know existed!".  This statement summarizes my style:  I have a knack for proactively recognizing and photographing impactful moments as they unfold.  And I'm passionate about what I do.  I'll put that passion to use on your wedding day, so you can relax and enjoy the moments you've been waiting for all your life.   Karen Harrison has been shooting weddings for over ten years, and started her own company in 2008.  Karen is a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and has photographed families, engagements and weddings in Tampa, throughout the United States and internationally.  Karen has donated her time and talent to several charitable organizations including Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Southeastern Guide Dogs, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and the Gasparilla International Film Festival.  Karen's work is currently featured in several national wedding blogs and publications.
